I bid one of my paintings in exchange for mentorship. Some of us illustrators are single moms trying to buy PB&J. :) www.pollymccann.com pollyamccann@gmail.com

Polly! I hear you :-) I had a schmooze at my house yesterday with a house packed full of writers. The big take-away--buy one another's books because we all like groceries in our cupboards! I wish the University in Haiti accepted art work as tuition, but since it doesn't we can't accept your bid (by the way, your art is beautiful). xoxo

That reminds me of the article by Wendy Higgins - http://www.wendyhigginswrites.com/2014/12/the-rich-author-myth-money-post-revamped.html . It would be lovely if we could all earn the kind of income from writing and art that Stephen King or J.K. Rowling do.

Polly, I second what Kim said. Your art is beautiful!

I would like to bid $110, please. My contact info is teresarobeson (at) gmail (dot) com. Thanks!
